Target Right People-For Right Success

If you are in Network marketing it is
important that you not set your
target on people who don't know
anything about MLM. If you do, you'll
spend your entire time trying to build
a dream for them. You will be trying to
convince them,to believe the way you
believe. Trying to change someone doesn't work.

That would be kind of like asking a
zebra to change his stripes. Good luck! Why try to change
someone. Look for the ones that already have an interest
in what you offer and talk to those people.

Otherwise, you'll spend all your time trying to motivate somebody.
Trying to get them to have a dream ... rather than building your
business. When you work with people who don't already
understand MLM, there's a good chance they'll head down the
road the wrong way. Often times they've heard bad things about
it and that's where their focus will be.

So, now you've spent ALL your time working at changing that person's
mind, what a waste of time! You need to only target people who
already has the dream. It will make your life will a lot easier.

Stop! Making This Mistake

Without a doubt, your friends and
family love you. They are all
about protecting you for your own
good. So, they think! That's why
they want to save you from this
bad thing called "MLM". The one
thing they know nothing about it.

Here's my belief. You should go build
your business and leave them alone.

* Talk to like-minded people.
* Target your market.
* Build your business.
* Get into positive cash.
* Get your car allowance, whatever your company offers.

Your family will still be there. Go talk to them after you
already have built yourself a positive cash flow. Maybe you
have some awesome products they can buy from your website. So,
talk to them about products. But do NOT make the mistake of
talking to friends and family about a business. Don't do it!

Here's the magic that will happen. When you're in positive cash flow,
you walk differently. You talk differently. You have this attitude,
this positiveness. And your friends and family will want a part of that.

They can no longer tell you, "This doesn't work" when it's working.
You're driving your new bonus car, or you've won a company all
expense paid trip to Italy, how can they tell you it doesn't work?

To create long-term success you will need a marketing system
anyway. You will need to be able to tap into the cold market at
some point, So you may as well go ahead and set that up first.
Get that working for you, get successful, and then the friends and family will fall in line.

Staying Committed?

Okay so two weeks have gone by and I want to know,
have you been sticking to your New Year's resolutions?

If you've let one or two of them falter already, don't feel bad,
you're in good company. Research shows that close to 30% of
resolution-makers drop the ball on their New Year's promises
after two weeks.

The impulse behind this New Year's trend is understandable.
Everybody knows sometimes even the best laid plans go awry.
Having objectives and resolving to achieve them is a trait that's
common among high achievers.

It takes a certain level of intelligence and committment to
recognize that a better life is waiting for you. That you can take
control of your destiny and turn the life you want into the life you
live.

But the sad truth is, resolutions do next to nothing for most people.
According to various studies, the failure rate of Resolutions lies
somewhere between 64% and 90%. Its been said, make a resolution,
and you're almost guaranteed to fail.

If you want to create that better life you've been waiting for, you
need something different. You need a better way to accomplish your
life long dreams.

To do is to follow a simple recipe for success. The first step is acquire
some skills, next evaluate, then locate a 5 pillars company to fit your
interest. Start with the skills all for free.

The time is now!

Ways To Become A Better Person

It is now a brand new year. It's a time to
reflect on what prevented you from
achieving those goals set for last year
and start making your fresh list for this year.

As you study that path, let me offer a few
suggestions that will indeed help you to become a better
person in this year of 2010.

We've all been guilty at some point or another of living
our life merely for self gratification. As I have learned
that's not a smart purpose in life. Through lots of personal
development, I'm learning that the giving part in life is
by far more rewarding that the getting.

There is much truth to the saying "its better to give than
receive" and "the more you give the more you receive".

So in 2010 if we put more focus at being less selfish, we
will become a better person. Let us strive to...

* pay less attention to ourself and more attention to others

* focus on opportunities, not problems

* listen first, then talk later

* criticize only when criticism is helpful

* never speak badly about anyone

* never complain about anything

* perform an act of kindness each day

By doing this you will find that it will have a profound effect
on your happiness, peace of mind and your daily successes. You
will find that the more you do for others, the more seems to get
done for you. Being selflessness really does create a better you.
