The world is forever changing and change is a true measure of how
well developed we are as a person in different areas of life. How
well are you dealing with change? Here's a four step guide to help
keep you on track.
1. Accept that change is reality: Get clear with yourself by asking,
"What specifically am I worried about because of this change?"
2. Determine the worse case: Ask yourself, what is the worse thing
that can happen as a result of this change? Then decide whether you
will accept it.
3. Minimize the maximum: Ask the question, what are all the things I
can do to make sure that the worst doesn't happen?
4. Take Action: Take action to maximize your current situation. Ask
yourself, how can this change be a healthy and positive step toward
reaching my dreams and goals?
Most times when you look at change, you will find that it'll be
something good and beneficial for you. Change is a signal to you,
so how will you respond?
All the best,
Rena Williams

10 Thoughts To Living A Balanced Life
Here is a list of ten simple thoughts to put into place in order to
create wholeness in our lives.
1. Give your dreams room to grow. Treat them in the same manner you would a garden.
2. Get outside and walk. The vitamin from the sunshine counteracts a dark mood.
3. Always invite, never force a physical challenge; The right moves are more healthier.
4. Sometimes it requires you to set the bar a little higher to see the real results.
5. Learn to tap into your motivation. You already posess it.
6. Change seldom happens suddenly. It starts small and gains momentum.
7. Let your passion override all fear; Stop over thinking.
8. Find your flow within the stress whether than trying to eliminate it.
9. Indulgence isn't a sign of failure; look at it as an occasional opportunity to experience pure pleasure.
10. Consider your goals as a first step toward the life you really want.
Quote:"Power is being aware of what one is choosing to do,
feeling free to do it, and doing it intentionally. Power is
freedom to choose with awareness and to involve ourselves
in health-promoting and other activities. Power is
how we participate in creating our reality."

Are You Living A Life Of Freedom Or Bondage?

What does freedom mean to you? Are you like the millions of people that are in a state of panic over the constantly rising price of gas? Take for instance a situation that happen in my hometown recently. Everyone that I seem to speak with was in a panic because one local gas merchant raised the price of gas to over five dollars per gallon at his place of business.
There was a stir in the city that I had never seen before. Why was this? Could it be that people feared being without their mobility? There was a fear of losing control over their lives. They feared change. A change from driving their own personal cars to now maybe having to ride a public bus for transportation or switch to riding a bike or maybe even submit to walking.
The thought of limiting their driving habits was now a huge concern.
