Do you sometime find yourself living or re-living certain
circumstances in your life? Things you thought were settled
yet, they keep coming back again and again? Maybe it's time
to break free of those negative thought habits.
I've discovered through Law of Attraction study, that when
our beliefs are congruent, thought patterns and our expectations
will keep perpetrating the same circumstances.
The Law of Attraction is the fundamental creative law of the
Universe. So whatever frequencies or vibrations you are emitting
is constantly being matched with other frequencies that are the
same.
So, when you feel the way you do about a situation and you don't
consciously change your thoughts that caused those feelings in the
first place, then you will continue to attract and experience those
same habit of thoughts.
Here is where most people miss it. They perpetrate their patterns of
belief through their observation of "What Is', what is happening.
When "What Is" surrounds them, they observe it, then they offer
more vibrations about it. So the Law of Attraction gives more of
"What Is", which they observe and offer a vibration, the Universe
gives more of it and on and on.
The problem becomes compound when you SAY,
"this is just the way it is" in your life experiences. Which that may
or may not be true. But if you would keep in mind the "Just the
way it is" is changeable. Not by observing the "Just the way it is"
but by changing your thought pattern.
Once you shift your vibrations and choose to look at things the way
you WANT them to be and get that good feeling, then things will
start to change. Things change because the way you FEEL is what
activates the Law of Attraction.
By keeping those good feelings instead of negative thoughts you will
soon break free of the negative patterns and start attracting more
of what you want. Breaking free of negative thought habits are just
that simple!

Fearless Living
This is a post from the author of The Essentials
Laws of Fearless Living: Guy Finley
Have you ever seen rage in yourself? Generally, we don't want to see certain states within us because we've been conditioned to think of them as bad for us. We don't understand that these states are part of a world that can be changed when the light is brought to them.
What happens when we see things about ourselves that we don't want to see?
In order to avoid looking at itself, the mind will seize on the rage it has seen, and it will try to explain it. It will take the initial darkness, the negative energy, and because it seems to be so bad, the mind will make something out of it that it can deal with.
When we live from a nature that does not want to see its own self, then there's no chance that self, that nature, can ever change. When we hide from ourselves the way we feel, the only thing that we're accomplishing is the assurance that these feelings will return again... only more of them! It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy: we condemn and doom ourselves by being afraid of the darkness in us.
We have one thing to do with our own states, and that is to see them as they are, to catch the part of us that's afraid of being what we've just seen, to stop trying to hide anything anymore... because we're on this earth to learn.
Negative states are created for the purpose within ourselves of being changed into something else. Everything that happens within us is all part of this beautiful process: anything that we are willing to bring into the light of ourselves will be changed by the light we bring it into.
So instead of going along with the answers that you give yourself for why you feel the way you do -- instead of excuses, rationales, justifications for your state (which are the mind's way of trying to deflect the state) -- don't hide it. Just simply see it. If you don't explain yourself to yourself, then all that's left is yourself and your awareness of it. You're not talking to yourself anymore about what you see. There's just seeing.
Don't hide anymore. There is something beautiful that doesn't have fear in it that wants to touch us. Its touch is what changes us. We cannot change ourselves. All the ways in which we excuse these dark parts are efforts on the part of the darkness to change itself, to deal with it, to get around it. Stop trying to get around a negative state. Bring the negative state into the light of your awareness, and let that awareness do what it is intended to do, which is to change it, to transform it.
I Hope you enjoyed this reading!

Don't Sabotage Your Life
I came across this unique little quote thatsaid "If you're feeling bad about your family,
just remember that families are a lot like
fudge; mostly sweet, with a few nuts
scattered here and there".
What a perfect description for some of my relatives.
I'm thinking of one in particular. This person has to
be the most negative human on the planet. No matter
what good everyone else finds in a situation, this person
will come up a negative reason as to why it won't happen,
or why its not good enough.
Do you have a few kinfolks like that around you? I'll bet on it!
For the sake of peace you try being civil and find yourself enduring
their negativity, Right?.

Common Warning Signs Of Failure

I'm a great student of personal
development. During my study,
I've come across many reasons
why people fail in their quest for success.
What's so amazing is these are
signs that are so common, one
wouldn't give them a second thought
to being connected to a failure mechanism.
Here's what I came up with. How many can you relate to?
Frustration-an emotional feeling of hopelessness. This usually
comes from setting goals that are too unrealistic.
Aggressiveness-an excessive and misdirected behavior.
Aggressiveness is good for achieving goals until one becomes
frustrated, then it becomes a destructive force.
Insecurity-these are feelings and beliefs based on false
measurements of not being good enough.
Loneliness-a chronic feeling of being cut-off from other people,
but mainly from your true self. When you don't know your real self,
contact with other human beings are not very satisfying.
Uncertainty-a way of avoiding making mistakes. It's based on the
concept “if I make No decision then nothing can go wrong”.
Resentment-blaming society for ones own failures. Always using
excuses for not moving forward and resenting others happiness
and successes.
Emptiness-may display outward symbols of success but the inner
treasure is empty. It soon becomes a justification for not living
creatively.
If you find yourself experiencing these negative emotions quite often,
you might want to take immediate action to correct them.
These are sure warning signs that you may be headed for failure.
